RESO T O 0.30 .... <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR T~ THE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER SEVEN TO ACT <br />AS SUCH MEMBER IN PLACE AND STEAD OF THE MAYOR OF SANTA ANA <br />DURING HIS ABSENCE, INABILITY OR REFUSAL TO ACT- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED: That <br /> <br />J.
