RESOLUTION NO. ~051 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT OF SALE OF THE REAL AND <br />PERSONAL PROPERTY PRESENTLY OWNED BY THE VARIOUS CITIES <br />AND SANITARY DISTRICTS ENOWN AS THE JOINT OUTFALL SE~ER <br /> <br />~IEREAS, there has been prepared, an Agreement of Sale <br /> <br />and Purchase covering certain property now owned and operated by <br /> <br />the four Cities and four Sanitary Distric~ts, parties signatory to <br /> <br />certain joint Agreements covering the acquisition, ownership, and <br /> <br />operation of said property known generally as Orange County Joint <br /> <br />0utfall Sewer, selling the same to seven County Sanitation Districts; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />approves said Agreement and the Mayor is hereby directed to sign <br /> <br />and execute said Agreement on behalf of said City and the City <br /> <br />Clerk is directed to attest the same on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of March, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST~~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER. do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk <br />of the City of Santa bna, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 1st day of March, 1951, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: Courtney Ro Chandler, John W.
