RESOLUTION NO. &052 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS FOR A RAW SEWAGE PUMP FOR THE JOINT OUTFALL SEWER <br />TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, the various Cities and Sanitary Districts, parties <br />signatory to certain Joint Agreements covering the acquisition, <br />ownership and operation of sewerage works known as the Orange County <br />Joint 0utfall Sewer have, by Resolutions, authorized the City of <br />Santa Aha as contracting Agent, to advertise for a raw sewage pump; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Clerk is here- <br />by authorized to publish a notice inviting bids for the furnishing <br />of a raw sewage pump to be installed in a dry pit to pump 6,000 <br />gallons per minute against a minimum head of 29 feet and a maximum <br />head of 36 feet, to be powered by a 75 horsepower motor operating <br />at slow speed utilizing &40 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase, electric cur- <br />rent, bidder to submit plans and specifications; said bids to be <br /> <br />opened at i o'clock P.M. on the l~th day of March , 1951. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of ~arch, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF C~LIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY 0F SANTA ~NA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA ~EELER, do hereby certify that A am the City Clerk of the <br />City of Santa Zna, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha; that the~foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced and read to the said Oouncil at its regular meeting held on the <br />1st day of ~arch, 1951 and was et said meeting regularly pessed and <br />adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: Oourtney R.
