RESOLUTION NO. 5080 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FIVE EASEI~E~ DEEDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ETNA C. EMIGH and MARGARETREYNOLDS have presented <br /> <br />to the City Council of~Santa kna, California, an easement deed dated <br />September 14, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real <br />property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of Califor- <br /> <br />nia, described as follows: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the follow- <br />ing: <br /> The Northerly ten feet of Lot One in Block "C" of 'Warners <br />Subdivision of Blocks "C" and "F" of the Dresser Tract, as <br />shown on a Map recorded in Book l, page 97 of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, L. H. MURMANandMARGARET MURNAN, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council of Santa Ana, California, an ease- <br /> <br />merit deed dated August 20th, 1951 conveying an easement across that <br />certain real property in the City of Ssnta Ana, County of Orange, State <br /> <br />of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> An easement for storm drain and sanitary sewer purposes over <br />and across the Westerly 20 feet of the following: <br /> That portion of the South half of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section Eighteen and the North half of the Northwest quarter of <br />Section Nineteen, all in Township Five South, Range Nine West, <br />S. B. B. & M., more particularly described as follows: Begin- <br />ning at a point in the center of McFadden Street 1340 feet East <br />of the Southwest corner of the tract of land allotted to N. O. <br />Stafford and C.
