An easement for street purposes over and across the <br />following: <br /> Parcel 1. Beginning at a point 13 chains East of the South- <br />west corner of the land conveyed by A. B. Chapman to G. L. Rus- <br />sell by deed recorded in Book 19, page $6 of Miscellaneous Rec- <br />ords of Los Angeles County, California; said Southwest corner <br />being the intersection of the center line of Seventeenth Street <br />with the center line of Lincoln Avenue as it exists North of <br />Seventeenth Street; running thence North 40 feet; thence Easterly <br />along a line parallel with and 40 feet from, measured at right <br />angles, the center line of Seventeenth Street, said center line <br />being on the South line of said land conveyed to G. L.
