Excepting the interest in the South 25 feet (Seventeenth
<br />Street) which was reserved by Samuel Dericct for road pur-
<br />poses in the dsed recorded June 21et, 1881 in Book 81, page
<br />54 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, and in
<br />subsequent deeds of record, and which was conveyed to the City
<br />of Santa Aha for street purposes by deeds recorded April 9th,
<br />1920 in Book 358, page 303 and in Book 358, page 304 of Deeds.
<br /> Also excepting the interest in the East 25 feet (Lincoln
<br />Avenue) which was reserved by Samuel Deflect for road purposes
<br />in the deed recorded ~une 21st, 1881 in Book 81, page 54 of
<br />Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, and in subse-
<br />quent deeds of record.
<br /> Also excepting the interest in the West 30 feet (Santiago
<br />Avenue) which was reserved by Mary Schmitz and William Schmitz,
<br />wife and husband, for street purposes, in the deed recorded
<br />October 31st, 1899 in Book 45, page 285 of Deeds, records of
<br />Orange County, California, and in subsequent deeds of record,

<br />Aha, California, an easement deed dated August 20th, 1951 conveying

<br />an easement across that certai~ real property in the Oity of Santa

<br />Aha, County of Orange, State of Californis, described as follows:

<br />An easement for street purposes over and across the following:
<br />Parcel 1. Beginning at the Soathwest corner of the land
<br />conveyed to Fred Rohrs by. deed recorded in Book 80, page 89
<br />of Deeds, records of Los ~ngeles County, California, said South-
<br />west corner being a point in the center line of Seventeenth
<br />Street; running thence East along the center line of Seventeen-
<br />th Street 75 feet to a point; thence North 40 feet; thence West
<br />parallel with smd ~0 feet from, measured at right angles, the
<br />center line of Seventeenth Street, a distance of 75 feet to a
<br />point; thence South 40 feet to the point of beginning.
<br /> Excepting therefrom the Southerly 25 feet of the said 40
<br />feet, previously granted by deed dated April 9th, 1920 and re-
<br />corded in Book 358, page 303 of Deeds, records of Orange County,
<br />California.
<br /> Parcel 2. Beginning at the ~outhwest corner of that tract
<br />of land conveyed by and from A. B. Chapman to G. L. Russell, said
<br />Southwest corner being the intersection of the center line of Seven-
<br />teenth Street with the center line of Lincoln Avenue as it exists
<br />North of Seventeenth Street; ru~ning thence North 40 feet; thence
<br />East along a line parallel with and 40 feet from, measured at
<br />right angles, Seventeenth Street a distance of $0 rods; thence
<br />South 40 feet to the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence
<br />West along the center line of Seventeenth Street to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br /> Excepting the Westerly 25 feet in Lincoln Street.
