RESOLUTION NO. &053 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADvEHTISE FOR <br />BIDS FOR CHLORINATOR AND EVAPORATOR FOR THE JOINT 0UTFALL <br />SEWER~TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the various Cities and Oanitary Districts, parties <br />signatory to certain joint ~greements covering the acquisition, ow- <br />nership and operation of sewerage works known as the Orange County <br />Joint 0utfall Sewer have, by Resolutions, authorized the City of <br />Santa Aha as contracting Agent, to advertise for bids to furnish <br />and install a chlorinator and evaporator; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT the City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized to publish a notice inviting bids for the furnishing <br />in, tailing of a chlorinator and evaporator and appurtenances at <br />chlorinator station south of Highway 101 near the mouth of the Santa <br />Ann River, with a capacity of 6,000 pounds per day, bidder to submit <br />plans and specifications; said bids to be opened at i o'clock P.M. <br />on the l~th day of .
