RESOU3T~0N NO. ~086 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WRTREAS, SALVADOR MERAZ and EMI~.W~-E MERAZ, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council a geant deed dated October 5, <br /> <br />1951 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly 10 feet of the following described property: <br />Lot 15 and the Southerly $0.13 feet of Lot 1~, in Block <br />"D" of Tract No. 610, as per map thereof recorded in Book <br />19, at page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange <br />County. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
