RESOLUTION NO. 5087 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HELEN E. HELM, formerly Helen E. Marshall, has pre- <br /> <br />sented to the City Council, an easement deed dated September 26, 1951 <br /> <br />conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over a strip of land 15 <br /> feet in width, said 15 foot strip being more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> The Northerly 40 feet of Blocks Fifteen and Sixteen of the <br /> "Town of ~anta Ana East", as shown on a Map recorded in Book <br /> 10, pages 43 and 44 of ~iscellaneous Records of Los ~ngeles <br /> County, California. <br /> EXCEPTING that portion included within the following: <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly extension <br /> of the center line of Santiago Street, as shown on said Map <br /> with the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence East along <br /> the center line of Seventeenth Street 80 feet; thence ~outh <br /> parallel to said center line of Santiago Street, 180 feet; <br /> thence West parallel to t~e center line of Seventeenth Street, <br /> 80 feet to the center line of Santiago Street; thence ~orth <br /> along said center line of Santiago Street, 180 feet to t~e <br />point of beginning. <br /> ALSO EXCEPTING the Easterly 15 feet of said Block 16. <br /> ALSO EXCEPTING the Northerly 25 feet of the said ~0 feet <br /> conveyed for street purposes to the City of Santa Aha by deed <br /> recorded %Pril 9, 1920 in Book 358, page 303 of Deeds, records <br /> of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br /> <br />cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded <br /> <br />With the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> adjourned <br />its/regular meeting held on the 22 day of October, 1951. <br /> <br />CITY CLERK <br /> <br />(SE~L) <br /> <br /> <br />
