RESOLUTION NO. 5094 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VIOLA MC CUISTION, as her separate property, has <br />presented to the City Council of Santa Ana, California, an ease- <br />ment deed dated October Sth, 1951 conveying an easement across <br />that certain real prooerty in the City of Santa Aha, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the follow- <br /> ing: T~e Westerly 7 feet of Lots l0 and ll, in Bloc~ "B" <br /> of Tract No. 284, as shown on a ~ap recorded in Boo~ 14, <br /> pages i and 2 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of Orange <br /> County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Zna <br />accepts said deed for an easement across the property hereinabove <br />described.
