RESOLUTION NO. 5095 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, EDITH E. ALSRACH has presented to the City Council, <br /> <br />an easement deed dated October 17, 1951 conveying an easement across <br /> <br />that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of <br /> <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes in the Northeast quarter <br />of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 5 South, <br />Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., in the City of Santa ~na, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> That portion of the tract allotted to Marie Ygnacio <br />Alvarado de Moreno in Partition of the Rancho Santiago de <br />Santa Aha in Case No. 1192 of the Seventeenth Judicial District <br />Court in and for Los Angeles County, California, deeded to <br />Carrie I. Alsbach in Book 522, page 257 of Deeds of said <br />County, the Northeast corner of w~ich is the center line in- <br />tersection of Oeventeenth Street and Grand Avenue, described <br />as follows: <br /> The ~outh 15 feet of the North ~0 feet of the East 365.2 <br />feet, except the East 40 feet thereof. <br /> SUBJECT TO rights of way and rights of record for a pipe <br />line 28 feet South of, and parallel with, the center line of <br />Seventeenth Street and described in Deed recorded February S, <br />191S in Book 318, page 45 of Deeds. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
