PAINTING SPECIFICATIONS <br /> City Hall <br /> <br /> Ceilings and walls in offices, halls, etc., (except <br />acoustic tile ceilings) to be thoroughly cleaned before painting. <br />All cracks and holes in plaster to be repaired and painted with <br />one coat, first-grade, washable flat wall, oil base paint of one <br />of the following brands: Glidden, Bherwin Williams, W. P. Fuller, <br />Mathews or approved equal. <br /> <br /> Rest rooms to be cleaned and painted with one coat flat <br />underooater and one coat enamel, using one of above brands or <br />equal. <br /> <br /> Ail wood-work to be cleaned and sanded. Nicks,scratched <br />places and other defects touche~ up to produce an even Job. Then <br />give one coat Satin Varnish of one of above brands or equal. <br /> <br /> Painting Con~raotor must protect all surfaces from damage, <br />such as windows, counters, floors, etc., and leave premises in a <br />clean orderly condition. <br /> <br /> Ail work must be done at the convenience of City Hall <br />employees concerned. <br /> <br /> Front offices must be done after regular working hours. <br /> <br /> Oolor to be selected by Carl Thornton, City Administrator, <br />and Dale Griggs, Park Superintendent. <br /> <br />LOOATION <br /> <br />Painting portion of first floor of 01ty Hall as follows: <br /> <br />Foyer <br />Room 100 and inner office <br />Room 101 and inner office <br />Room 103 and inner office <br />Halls on first floor except Police Department. <br />Menlo rest room. <br />Two ladies' res~ rooms, and <br />Lounge - Mezsanine floor. <br />Stairs to Mezzanine. <br />Stairs to eeoond floor. <br /> <br /> <br />
