R S0LUT 0 AOC .PT N* OEEC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOIS DONAHLrE MICHAELS, formerly Lois Dona~ue, (under <br />which latter name she derived title to t~e hereinafter described <br /> <br />property), has presented to the City Council of Santa Ana, Cali- <br />fornia, an easement deed dated October 25, 1951 conveying an ease- <br />ment across that certein real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An Easement for street purposes over a strip of land 15 <br />feet in width, the South line of which is 40 feet Southerly <br />from end parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street, <br />as it now exists 50 feet wide, from the Westerly line of <br />Lincoln Avenue 369.5 feet Westerly~ <br /> The said 15 foot strip ~s more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> The Northerly ~0 feet of the Easterly 15 f~et of Bl~ck 16, <br />and t~e Northerly ~0 feet of Block 21, of "Th~ Town of Santa <br />Ana East", as shown on'a Map recorded in Book lC, pages ~3 <br />and ~4 of Niscellaneous Records of Los Zngeles County, Cali- <br />fornia. <br /> Excepting therefrom the Northerly 25 feet previously grant- <br />ed by deed dated ~pril 9th, 1920 and recorded in Book ~58, <br />page 303 of Deeds, records of Orange County~ California. <br /> <br />NOW, THEBEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br /> <br />cepts said deed for an easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
