RESOLUTION NO. 5101 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASemeNT DEED <br /> <br /> ¥~REAS, VINCENT M. BALLESTER and MARY E. BALLEtT~R, husband <br />and wife, an, uhdivided 2/3 interest and DE~TRI0 E. BALLESTER, a <br />single man, an undivided 1/3 interest, have presented to the City <br />Council, an easement deed dated November 23, 1951 conveying an ease- <br />ment across that certain real property in the City of ~anta Ann, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Westerly five feet <br /> of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block "A", Tract 28&, as shown on a <br /> map thereof, recorded in Book l&, at pages i and 2, Miscel- <br /> laneous Maps, Records of Orange County; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of ~anta Ann <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
