RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE1v~NT DEED <br /> <br />~{EREAS, HERBERT 0. HYATT and JENNIE J. HYATT, husband and <br /> <br />wife, have presented to the City Council an easement deed dated <br /> <br />September 5, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real <br /> <br />property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, Otate of Cai- <br /> <br />ifornia, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the~following: <br /> <br />Beginning at the ~orthwest corner of the tract of land <br />set apart to Maria Ygnacio ~lvarado De Moreno in the <br />partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha by the <br />district court of the Seventeenth Judicial District of <br />the State of California in an action entitled Able Stearns <br />et al vs Leonardo Cota et al said Northwest corner being on <br />the intersection of the center line of Seventeenth Street <br />and the East line of Block 22, Santa ~na East, as per map <br />thereof recorded in Book 10, pages 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous <br />Records of Los Angeles County, California; running thence <br />South 40 feet; thence East along a lihe parallel with and 40 feet <br />from, measured at right angles, the center line of Seventeenth <br />Street a distance of 2.80 chains; thence North 40 feet tO the <br />center line of Seventeenth Street, said center line being the <br />North line of said Moreno Tract; thence West along the center <br />line of Seventeenth Street to the point of beginning, in the <br />City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br />EXCEPTING therefrom the Northerly 25 feet of the said 40 feet <br />previously granted by deed dated April 9, 1920, recorded in <br />Deed Book 358, page 303, records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />NO,V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br /> <br />scribed.
