RESOLUTION NO. ~106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGR~W.~r~NT OF SALE AND <br />PURCHASE DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1951 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION <br />THEREOF <br /> <br /> WII~qEAS, after protracted negotiations between County Sanita- <br />tion Districts Numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 11 of Orange County and <br />the Cities and Sanitary Districts which are parties signatory to <br />those certain ~oint Agreements under which are operated the Sewerage <br />Works and Ocean Outfall known as the Orange County Joint 0utfall <br />Sewer, modificatioas and amendments to the Agreement of Sale and <br />Purchase dated February 28, 1951 have been agreed upon; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Clerk <br />be amd they are hereby authorized and dlreeted to execute that cer- <br />tain instrument entitled "Amendment to Agreement of Sale and Purchase, <br />Dated February 28, 1951" for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held <br />ATT EST~~._ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />on the 3rd day of December, 1951. <br /> .~YOR' <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of <br />the City of Santa Aha and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa ~na; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 3rd day of December, 1951 and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by said ~ouncil by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: William Jerome, 0rson H.
