Love <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. %107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br />UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway in <br />the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear a <br />legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided in <br />Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Enginee~ is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Durant Street <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 18 feet of the West 98 feet. <br /> <br />and Broadway, <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the <br />Santa Ana at its regular <br /> <br /> l?th day of December <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />City Council of the City of <br /> meeting held on the <br /> <br /> 1951. <br /> <br />(S AL) <br /> <br /> <br />
