RESOLUTION NO. 5108 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GtLANT DEED <br /> <br /> WH"~EAS, DARI~L R. PHILLIPS and EI.T.W~I E. PHILLIPS, husband <br /> <br />and wife, have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated <br />April 17, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the city of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l0 feet of Lot 21, Block "D" in Tract No. <br /> 603, as shown on a map recorded in Book 19, page 6 of <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and the property hereinabove described.
