<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
<br />
<br />'WHEREAS, HAROLD H. GREENWALD and GERTRUDE S. GREENWALD,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, and C. J. ALEXANDER and JUANITA I. ALEXAndER,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed
<br />
<br />dated Septem'~sp 17, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the
<br />
<br />City of Santa ann, County of Orange, State of California, described
<br />
<br />as:
<br />
<br /> Those portions of Lot 1 of Tra~t No. 905, as shown on the
<br /> map thereof recorded in Book 32,.at page 16, of Miscellaneous
<br /> Maps, records of said Orange County, described in parcels as
<br /> follows:
<br /> PARCEL l: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of
<br /> said Lot i distant thereon ~5 feet Southerly from the Southwest-
<br /> erly corner of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 905, and runnihg thence
<br /> Southerly along said Westerly line, 90 feet; thence Easterly,
<br /> parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of
<br /> l0 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with said Westerly line,
<br /> 90 feet; thence Westerly, parallel with said Southerly line of
<br /> Lot 2, a distance of l0 feet to the point of beginning.
<br /> PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of
<br />said Lot l, distance thereon 88.72 feet Northerly from the
<br />Northwesterly corner of Lot 17, in Block B, of Tract No. 610,
<br />as shown on the map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 12,
<br />of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said
<br />point being also the Northwesterly corner of the land conveyed
<br />to John H. Rudasill, et al., by deed recorded June 26, 1950,
<br />in Book 2032, at page 12, of Official Records, in the office
<br />of the County Recorder of said Orange County, and running
<br />thence Easterly, along the Eortherly line of said land conveyed
<br />to Rudasill, l0 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with the
<br />Westerly line of said Lot i of Tract No. 905, a distance of
<br />137.56 feet to the South line of Walnut Street, as shown on
<br />said map of Tract No. 905; thence Westerly, along said South
<br />line of Walnut Street, l0 feet; thence Southerly along said
<br />Westerly line of said Lot l, a distance of 137.56 feet to the
<br />point of beginning.
<br /> PARCEL 3: An tasement for alley purposes over that portion
<br />of said Lot l, described as follows: Beginning at a point in
<br />the Westerly line of said Lot i distant thereon ~5 feet Souther-
<br />ly from the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 905 and
<br />running thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said
<br />Lot 2, l0 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the Westerly
<br />line of said Lot l, l0 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the
<br />Southerly line of said Lot 2, l0 feet to the Westerly line of
<br />said Lot l; thence Northerly, along said Westerly line, l0 feet
<br />to the point of beginning.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED: That the City of ~anta Aha

<br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.~ The City

<br />Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the
