RESOLUTION NO. 5109 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, HAROLD H. GREENWALD and GERTRUDE S. GREENWALD, <br /> <br />husband and wife, and C. J. ALEXANDER and JUANITA I. ALEXAndER, <br /> <br />husband and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed <br /> <br />dated Septem'~sp 17, 1951 conveying that certain real property in the <br /> <br />City of Santa ann, County of Orange, State of California, described <br /> <br />as: <br /> <br /> Those portions of Lot 1 of Tra~t No. 905, as shown on the <br /> map thereof recorded in Book 32,.at page 16, of Miscellaneous <br /> Maps, records of said Orange County, described in parcels as <br /> follows: <br /> PARCEL l: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of <br /> said Lot i distant thereon ~5 feet Southerly from the Southwest- <br /> erly corner of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 905, and runnihg thence <br /> Southerly along said Westerly line, 90 feet; thence Easterly, <br /> parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of <br /> l0 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with said Westerly line, <br /> 90 feet; thence Westerly, parallel with said Southerly line of <br /> Lot 2, a distance of l0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of <br />said Lot l, distance thereon 88.72 feet Northerly from the <br />Northwesterly corner of Lot 17, in Block B, of Tract No. 610, <br />as shown on the map thereof recorded in Book 19, at page 12, <br />of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said <br />point being also the Northwesterly corner of the land conveyed <br />to John H.
