RESOLUTION NO. 5110 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ONE GRANT DEED AND TWO <br />EASEMENT DEEDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~,:~Y E. OWENS and MARTLYN L. OWENS, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated August 8th, <br /> <br />1951 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly ten feet of Lot Seventeen in Block "D" of <br />Tract No. 610, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 19, <br />page 12 of ~iscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, <br />California, <br /> <br />end <br /> <br />W~,m(EAS, WALTER E. TIPTON and LOLA D. TIPTON, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated September <br /> <br />26th, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real property <br /> <br />in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, de- <br /> <br />scribed as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over a strip mf land 15 <br />feet in width, said 15 foot strip being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> The Northerly $0 feet of that portion of the "Town of Santa <br />Ann East", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, pages 43 <br />and ~4 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali- <br />fornia, within the following described parcel of land: <br /> Beginning at t~e point of intersection of the Northerly <br />extension of the canter line of Santiago Street as shown on <br />said map with the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence <br />East along the center line of Seventeenth Street, 80 feet; <br />thence South parallel to said center line of Santiago Street, <br />180 feet; thence West parallel to the center line of Seven- <br />teenth Street, 80 feet to the center line of Santiago Street; <br />thence North along said center line of Santiago Street,180 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 25 feet of the said 40 <br />feet conveyed to the City of Santa Aha for street purposes by <br />deed recorded April 9, 1920 in Book 358, page 303 of Deeds, <br />records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />%V~!EREAS, JOHN WESLEY DOUBENMIER, JR. and NARJORIE MARIE <br /> <br />DOUBENMIER, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, <br /> <br />an easement deed dated September 26th, 1951 conveying an easement <br /> <br />across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br /> <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> <br />
