An easement for street purposes over a strip of land 15 <br />feet in width, said 15 foot strip being more particularly de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point 365.2 feet West of the Northeast corner <br />of the tract allotted to Maria Ygaazio Alvarado de Moreno in <br />the partitlo~ of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ann, in Case No. <br />1192 of the late Seventeenth Judicial District Court, in and for <br />Los Angeles County, California, said Northeast corner being the <br />intersection of the center line of Seventeenth Street with the <br />center line of Grand Avenue~running thence West along the oenter <br />line of Seventeenth S~reet, 365.2 feet to a point; thence South <br />$0 feet to a point; thence East along a line parallel with and <br />$0 feet from, (measured at right angles) the center line of <br />Seventeenth Street, a distance of 365.2 feet to a point; thence <br />North 40 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 25 feet granted to the City <br />of Santa Ann for street purposes by deed recorded April 9, 1920, <br />in Book 358, page 303 of Deeds, records of Orange County, Cali- <br />fornia; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br /> <br />cepts said deeds and the property first herelnabove described and <br /> <br />deeds for easements across the property hereinabove described.
