Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 11 shall fail to carry out and perform <br />the terms and provisions of said agreement of February 28, 1951, <br />and shall fail to construct the sewage disposal facilities as pro- <br />vided for in said agreement to adequately treat, handle and dis- <br />pose of all sewage arising within the boundaries of said Cities and <br />Sanitary Districts in accordance with the requirements of the State <br />Health Department of the State of California, that the City of Santa <br />Ann Join with said Cities and Sanitary Districts in any ac.rich or <br />proceedings necessary or required to terminate said agreement~ and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event that said County Sani- <br />tation Districts fail to comply with said agreement and construct <br />the sewage disposal facilities therein required to be constructed by <br />them and that it is necessary to terminate said agreement, that the <br />City of Santa Ann will construct such additional sewage disposal sys- <br />tem and facilities as shall be reasonably necessary to adequately <br />treat, handle and dispose of all sewage arising within the boundary <br />of said City, in accordance with the requirements of the State Health <br /> <br />Department. <br /> <br /> THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is <br /> <br />17th day of December, 1951. <br /> <br />AT2~ST:~ <br /> <br />signed and approved by me this <br />MAYOR OF T~ CITY OF SANTA Alta <br /> <br />CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br />
