RESOLUTION NO. 5112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF TiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />AN AMEND~ENT TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br />THE 0ITIES OF SANTA ANA, ANAHEIM, FULT.~TON AND ORANGE; TI~E <br />BUENA PARK, GARDEN GROVE, LA HA~RA AND PLACENTIA SANITARY DIS- <br />TRICTS "SELLERS" AND COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS. l, 2, 3, <br />5, 6, 7 and ll OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA "BUYERS" %FrIEREBY A <br />CERTAIN PORTION OF THE AREA WITHIN TEE MIDWAY CITY SANITARY <br />DISTRICT MAY BE ANNEXED TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 3 <br />OF ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain "Agreement of Sale and <br />Purchase" dated February 28, 1951 between the parties thereto, the <br />Cities of Santa Ann, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange; the Buena Park, <br />Garden Grove, La Habra, and Placentia Sanitary Districts "Sellers" <br />and County Sanitation Districts Nos. l, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and ll of <br />Orange County be and the same is hereby amended to permit the annex- <br />ation of that portion of the area of the ~idway City Sanitary District <br />without the boundary of County Sanitation District No. 3 of Orange <br />County to said District and that the Mayor and the Clerk of the City <br />of Santa ~na are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same <br />on behalf of the City of Santa Ann. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 17th day of December, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA AMA ) <br /> I, ERNA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of <br />the City of Santa Aha and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ann; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br />17th day of December, 1951 and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: William Jerome, Orson H.
