RESOLUTION NO. 5113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />THE AGREEMENT OF SALE AND PURCHASE DATED DECEMBER 12, 1951 <br />BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, "SELLER" AND COUNTY <br />SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, <br />"PURCHASER" AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND <br />CLERK OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain Agreement entitled "Agree- <br />ment of Sale and Purchase" dated December 12, 1951 by and between <br />the City of Santa ~na and County Sanitation District Number One of <br />Orange County is hereby approved as an Agreement serving the best <br />interests of the City and its inhabitants in promoting the public <br />health and that the Mayor and the Clerk of the City of Santa ~na <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf <br />of the City of Santa ~na. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 17th day of December, 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />/~AYOR ' -- <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of <br />the City of Santa ~na and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa ann; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 17tn day of December, 1951 and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by said Council by the followin~ vote, to-'~rlt: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: William Jerome, Orson H.
