Wilshire Aveuue between Shelton Street and a point 155.08 feet ! west of the center line of Shelton Street; Baker Street between Fairview Avenue and Cubbon Street; and Cubbon Street between Baker Street and a point 281 feet ~ east of the center line of Baker Street; all within the City of Santa Aha, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, cross-gutters, and drive- way aprons, the grading, preparing of subgrade, aud Daving with as- phaltic coucrete plant mix, and appurteuant work thereto. That all of the foregoing work shall be done in accordance with the profile and improvement plan, No. AD 202, and any supple- mental drawings mentioned thereon, which said profile and improve- ment plan was adopted by Resolution No. 59-35 of the City Council on February 16, 1959, and is on file iu the office of the City Engi- neer of the City of Santa Aha, and in accordance with specification entitled "Specifications for Improvement in Assessment District 202," which was adopted by Resolutiou No. 59-35 of the City Council on February 16, 1959. The work and improvement herein described shall be con- structed to the grades, subgrades, and elevations severally shown upon said profile and improvement plan, No. AD 202, and detailed drawings thereon, in the respective locations thereof. Reference hereby is made to the profile aud improvement plau, No. AD 202, for a description ~ the grades to which all the work and improvements under this Resolution of Intention shall be doue, which said grades hereby are adopted and established as the official grades therefor, for all purposes in connection with the proceedings pursuant to this Resolution of Intention. Notice hereby is given that said grades are or may be, in part, new and different from those hereto- fore established or existing, or may be, and in some cases are, different from existiug ground levels. SECTION 2. The estimated cost of this improvement is $i6,800.00. -2-
